Rev. Rodney Miersma graduated from the Protestant Reformed Seminary in 1971. He was ordained and installed into the ministry at Hope, Isabel SD Protestant Reformed Church; in 1978 he accepted the call to the Pella (IA) Protestant Reformed Church. In 1981 he went to the Holland (MI) Protestant Reformed Church. In 1987 he accepted a call from the Protestant Reformed Church of Wellington, New Zeeland. He accepted then a call to the Immanuel Protestant Reformed Church of Lacombe, AB, Canada. In 2003 he accepted the call to serve as Foreign Missionary to Ghana. In 2005 that mission was closed and Rev. R. Miersma received and accepted the call to serve the Loveland (CO) Protestant Reformed Church. He was installed into office in that congregation on January 1, 2006.
